* The prices are for the chalet isabella per day (without residence tax currently € 2,60 per adult / day) with our included services. The surcharge for additional occupancy (with a more than 8 occupancy) is on request.

Cancellation and booking conditions
With the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the arrangement price is required within 7 days after booking. Please transfer the amount to the following bank account:

- Bank für Tirol und Vorarlberg AG ( SWIFT code: BTVAAT22)
The remaining balance can either be transferred in advance to the above-mentioned bank account or paid in cash at check-in. The Cancellation Policy is:
- Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations 15 to 30 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 4 to 14 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 0 to 3 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
Arrival Information
- Payment of the remaining balance by credit card is not possible.
- Your chalet will be available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m.
- Check-in takes place exclusively at our partner property, Hotel Das Kaltenbach.
- Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- To facilitate a smooth check-in, we kindly ask you to send uns the Pre-Check In.
- We are a non-smoking property (smoking is permitted on the terrace only), and pets are not allowed.
- The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller.
