We are happy to provide high-quality children's and baby equipment (children's chair from Stokke, baby bed, baby bath, nappy pail and changing mat) according to your request!
Cancellation and booking conditions
- Our chalet is available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival - the check-in takes place exclusively at our partner hotel Das Kaltenbach
- Check out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
- To make the check-in easier for you, we would ask you to submit the guest list
- the cancellation conditions are:
- Cancellations 31 days or more before arrival are free of charge
- Cancellations from 15 to 30 days before arrival with a 70% cancellation fee
- 4 to 14 days with 90% cancellation costs and 0 to 3 days with 100% cancellation costs
- A deposit of 20% of the arrangement price is made upon reservation - the remaining amount is paid during check-in (cash payment, EC card or credit card)
- We are a non-smoking house (except on the terrace) and pets are not allowed
- The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller.
